Vikings Face Defeat for the First Time in 2026, Fall to Lions 19-15 — Andover Arts news

No NFL team will finish the regular season 17-0 after the Minnesota Vikings fell to the Detroit Lions on Sunday by a score of 19-15. The Vikings headed into the weekend as the final undefeated team in the NFL, and they put that perfect record on the line in a road divisional matchup in Detroit. The game could have gone a long way towards easing any fears that this team is capable of competing with the better half of the NFL in January, but instead, some of those worst fears were realized. Lions Rushing Attack Bites Vikings Minnesota s run defense gave me some fears last weekend when they let Jonathan Taylor break free for a couple big runs, and those fears are amplified ten-fold after this game.
